> Gallery request forms and exhibition guidelines will be available Monday, March 17th.
> They will be on the ledge outside of the FA4-106 art office windows.

> DEADLINE: Requests are due back to the art office by Friday, April 11th .

> There are 3 different forms: MFA, BFA and Non-Degree.
> Use the Non-Degree for EVERYTHING that is not MFA project exhibition (Art 692) or BFA Senior show. (If you have questions about your senior show, contact your program supervisor.)

> The forms must be complete and signed by faculty sponsors in order to be considered.
>
> Do not submit a request for a gallery space until you have read the guidelines. Guidelines are available at the counter also.
>
> Requests are processed in the order of priority that follows.
>
> 1st Department shows (i.e. MFA advancement, GLAMFA, graphic design department show)
>
> 2nd MFA Thesis shows – signed by all committee members
>
> 3rd BFA Senior shows – signed by 2 faculty sponsors
>
> 4th Non-degree seeking shows – signed by 1 faculty sponsor
>
> The schedule will then be generated and posted by early May. Those who have been given space will be emailed and will need to return a confirmation. If you do not receive a gallery in the first schedule, we will keep your request on file and you may be contacted in the event a cancellation occurs.
>
> Late applications will be considered to fill a cancellation but not for the initial schedule.
